Description: Isra Qadri is a joint Bachelors and Master’s student studying Public Policy and Middle East Studies at the University of Maryland. On campus, Isra is in the Honors College, serves as President of UMD's nationally-ranked Model United Nations team, and is the Director of Professional Development for Kappa Omega Alpha Public Policy Professional Fraternity. She also has experience in state and federal advocacy; has interned on Capitol Hill, in the Maryland legislature, and with the Department of State; and is interested in pursuing a career in criminal justice, immigration, and human rights policy.
