Description: Sahil is a graduate of Harvard University, concentrating in Government, and pursuing a Secondary in Islamic Studies. He is interested in US foreign policy, law, and combating inequality. At Harvard, he was involved in the Institute of Politics, several cultural organizations, Model Congress, and spearheaded Harvard’s first low-income, first-generation pre-orientation program. Sahil is grateful to have interned at both the Performance and Civil Rights office at the US Department of Commerce. He helped spearhead two trailblazing initiatives for the federal government. Using his passion and experience in supporting marginalized college students, he spearheaded the US Government’s first first-generation professional conference with the Civil Rights office. For the Performance Office, he worked to ensure the government is more data-driven and open to the public by creating a data-driven domain of the US economy and business sectors.
