As the current Diversity and Inclusion Manager at SILA Consulting, Shazia is at the forefront of driving change within Hollywood by collaborating with major studios across a number of titles and mediums. Her mission is to ensure that diverse representation is not only present but also resonant and authentic. Shazia has joined the 2026 cohort for the Producers Program at UCLA's School of Film and Television.
