Description: Ladan Khoddam-Khorasani (she/her/hers) is a poet, educator, and public health practitioner. She worked at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she managed a mentoring program for nurse-midwifery students who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). During the 2020-2021 academic year, she served as the teaching assistant for City College of San Francisco's Poetry for the People. She is a 2022 ISF scholar, pursuing her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, with an emphasis in Poetry, at New York University.
