Description: Anna Khan is an MFA graduate from the Writing for Screen and Television program at the University of Southern California. She graduated with a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with the intention to pursue medicine until she found a passion for film and creating stories. For her BS thesis, she researched the neurological and psychological effects of watching and creating film as well as the sociological impact film has made on society since its inception. With her degree, she hopes to write and even maybe direct and produce film and television in the future. Her work ranges in genre, but she aims to create authentic stories especially for Muslims and South-Asian Americans.
