Description: Najeeb Hasan studied Journalism and Religion at USC as an Annenberg Fellow, graduating in 2013. He spent some formative years in the alternative newsweekly world, writing magazine-length stories for newspapers in San Jose, California, and St. Louis, Missouri. He has served as an editor at a non-profit organization in Berkeley, California, that is devoted to establishing the first Muslim liberal arts college in the United States. There, he helped curate the editorial and creative direction of the start-up venture. He holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
