    Description: Haadiya Ahmed is a human rights advocate, a community organizer, and an aspiring diplomat. Currently, she is a second-year Masters of International Relations (MAIR) candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). At SAIS, she is specializing in Conflict Management and Human Rights with regional focuses in South Asia and the Middle East and North Africa. She completed her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University in May 2023. Haadiya's research revolves around social movement building, settler colonialism, and political reconstruction in post-conflict societies. She intends to pursue a career in foreign service and looks forward to advancing foreign policy that serves her communities.
