    Description: Noor Amanullah is a Research Assistant in Postsecondary Education Policy at MDRC, where she contributes to all stages of the research process, provides technical support to college staff and faculty, and is an external affairs liaison. She is a graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, with a degree in Political Science and minors in Public Policy and South Asian Studies. Noor also serves as the National Program Director for the Muslim Interscholastic Tournament (MIST), where she oversees thematic programming across 15 chapters and supports regional organizers in delivering high-quality educational, professional, and spiritual programming to over 7,000 high school students. Informed by research on best practices and experience volunteering, Noor hopes to pursue a graduate degree in policy and support American communities and families by applying social science research to policy creation and implementation.
