    Description: Nisreen Malley received her B.A. from George Washington University and double majored in Middle Eastern Studies and International Affairs with a concentration in International Economics. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and published a report on the role of the Party of Justice and Development in the Moroccan government. Nisreen has been an avid advocate for minorities and underrepresented groups, and is interested in voter protection, equity, and social justice. She has served as an active volunteer with the American Muslim Advisory Council Youth Committee, MAS-PACE, the Georgia Muslim Voter Project, Arab America, and has served as the Arabic lead on the Michigan Democratic Party's Voter Protection Hotline. She has also taught AP U.S. Government and Politics and Civics at Pleasant View School, an Islamic school in Memphis, TN.
