Haleema is a social impact consultant, facilitator, and public speaker with several years of experience. She believes in empowering communities with the tools they need to drive change. She has trained over 1,600 people in DEI topics. As the former Advocacy Director of Alliance for Girls, she led advocacy resulting in the allocation of over 2 million dollars for girls needs and the passage of AB 367 and SB 1161. Haleema graduated from Seattle University with a BA in Sociology.
