Description: Fahad Muhammad Sajid completed an undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he was also the President of the Pakistani Students’ Association and the Michigan Squash Association. He enjoys weight-lifting and likes to write about religious tolerance, social issues affecting American Muslims and American foreign policy, especially with regard to the Middle East. His letter to President Obama was published in the foreign policy section of a book compiled by Professor Hanes Walton Jr. of the University of Michigan and others titled “Letters to President Obama”. He interned at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) during the summer of 2010. Following his undergraduate studies, Fahad completed an MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
