Description: Jamelah Zidan is a Palestinian American restorative justice practitioner, consultant, and educator with extensive experience guiding organizations and communities through conflict resolution, team culture transformation, and equity-focused dialogue. She began her career as a teacher in New York City, later training through the International Institute for Restorative Practices and leading restorative programs in educational and organizational settings. Jamelah has served as a consultant to executive leaders, facilitated high-stakes restorative circles, and developed comprehensive organizational conflict resolution programs. She is currently completing a Juris Doctor alongside a Master’s in Restorative Justice, hoping to integrate legal and restorative approaches to advance justice for all.
