    Description: Laylaa Abdul-Khabir studied law at the University of California, Los Angeles. She has an interest in racial justice and public interest law, and she specialized in Critical Race Studies at UCLA School of Law. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2012 with a double major in Integrative Biology and Peace and Conflict Studies. After her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Community Advocate for a civil rights organization focused on providing advocacy and services in workforce development and economic justice for low-income communities of color.
