Description: Brhan Ahmed holds a JD degree from UC Berkeley. Brhan was a first-generation college student, and he was the first in his family to become an attorney. As an intern for Georgetown University’s Campus Ministry, Brhan coordinated interfaith dialogues and worked towards peacebuilding.  He also worked on Capitol Hill as a congressional intern and spent a year studying Arabic and theology in Amman, Jordan.  As a law student, Brhan also worked as a judicial extern for the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges.
