Bio
Razin is a fifth-year senior at Temple University majoring in Political Science and History with minors in Global Studies and Economics and certificates in Social Science Research and Political Economy. He was born and raised in India and immigrated to the US in 2013. Previously, he attended the Bucks County Community College (Class of 2017) where he founded the Bucks MSA and Bucks chapter of College Democrats and was elected as the Student Government President 2016-17, the first Person of Color to hold the office. Razin is a recipient of he Foundations Community Partnership Scholarship 2016, the Bucks President’s cup 2017, Bucks Student Commencement Speaker 2017, the William J. McKenna Award 2018 and the Jessie Ball DuPont Scholarship 2018 and 2019. Razin is a 2018 Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow (PPIA) and attended his Junior Summer Institute fellowship at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School. He currently works for ICNA Relief USA, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit charity that has national presence and serves on the Advisory Board of the Philadelphia chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Razin naturalized to the US in May 2019 and plans to appear in the Foreign Service Officer Test to join the US Department of State.
