Bio: Mohamad M. Jarada will be starting his Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley’s anthropology department. His research concerns the confluence of ethics and violence among religious minority communities in the American south. His broader research interests are political and social theory, ethics, psychoanalysis, and early and late modern intellectual history. He recently received a M.T.S. in philosophy and theology at Harvard Divinity School after completing his undergraduate studies at U.C. Berkeley.
