Driven by a pursuit of exploring nuanced dimensions of Black life, his stories delve into a spectrum of communal and familial experiences as well as the complexities of finding one’s agency in polarizing worlds. Among achievements, Morgan is a grant recipient of the 2023 Islamic Scholarship Fund's film grant for his short doc, Clara's Fruit. In addition, his short film "Half-Day" achieved great success during its festival run, engaging audiences at BlackStar (nominated for Best Short 2022), SFFILM (special jury award winner 2022), and more. Morgan currently has a TV pilot in development and writing his first feature-length film.
