I would like to start off by thanking you for all your generous support and also update you on my progress in the Ph.D program at the University of California, Riverside. Last fall quarter my studies were consumed with the preparation for the Ph.D comprehensive exam. Alhmulliah I can happily report that I passed my exams.
I am currently working assisting on a project with the Institute of Social Policy and Understanding, where I am conducting statical analysis on the survey that was conducted on Muslims in Northern California. I am also helping the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) with a similar project. For CAIR the analysis is to be conducted on a survey of Muslims children bulling. This research is very important, as it will help shed some light on the many issues facing the Muslims community.
Again thank you for all your support. I look forward to updating you on my studies in the near future.
