Andrea’s Message to Supporters:
I would like to sincerely thank the ISF committee for its hard work and the donors for their generous contributions. As a convert to Islam, I am deeply moved by the American Muslim community’s support of my education. Because of your assistance, I will be able to focus more fully on making the most of my studies at the University of Michigan rather than trying to offset the financial burden. Insha’Allah, I will return the ISF’s investment in my future: as an Islamic Studies reference librarian, I plan to improve the the quality of education Americans receive about Islam.

Andrea graduated in 2014 and is currently a User Information Service Assistant at the University of Michigan Libraries.
