ISF is honored to work with Bayan Claremont Islamic Graduate School and host the ISF-Bayan Claremont Scholarship. This Scholarship is only open to full-time Bayan graduate students.
Description and Eligibility:
Bayan graduate students maintaining full-time enrollment status shall be eligible to receive the scholarship, and should apply annually during ISF’s application period. Part-time and non-degree seeking students are not eligible for this award.
Scholarships received must be applied to registration fees for the next immediate academic semester.
Each Eligible Applicant Must Be:
- Muslim or active member of the Muslim Community;
- Attending Bayan Claremont on a full-time basis;
- Enrolled or accepted into the M.A. program;
- Maintaining a minimum 3.0 Grade Point Average;
- A Citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.
ISF’s Selection Committee, composed of university professors, non-profit organization leaders and community members with years of experience in the academic and non-profit world, review and score applications from April to June. Applicant finalists with the highest score are scheduled for web-based video interviews during the month of June. Final selections are made and all applicants are notified in July.
A limited number of scholarships in the amount of $5,000 will be awarded in July to top applicants. With certain exceptions, ISF’s policy is to send checks directly to an applicant’s university. Exceptions shall be considered in consultation with ISF and Bayan Claremont.
